How MIND-IDIA Uses AI

1. While you play
Games, scores, play-time limits and "Recommended for You" suggestions are run by fixed rules that we wrote. No AI model makes decisions about players.
2. Our questions
Our questions come from a fixed library. AI-assisted tools helped us draft some of them. We check our questions regularly for accuracy, fairness and age suitability, and switch off any question that is reported as wrong or unsuitable while we review it.
3. Marketing images, videos and voices
Some of our marketing images, videos and voice-overs, including the "how to say MIND-IDIA" audio, are made with AI tools. They show imaginary people, not real customers, and are labelled "Made with AI".
4. Your data
We do not send players' or children's information to AI services, and we do not use it to train AI.
5. Report a problem
If you see a question or content that is wrong, unfair or unsuitable, tell us at support@mind-idia.com. Please include the game name. We aim to review reports within 5 working days.
6. For children
No robot or computer "brain" talks to you on MIND-IDIA. If something looks wrong or upsets you, tell your parent, and they can tell us.
7. Guidance we follow
MIND-IDIA has no AI features that interact with players. We take into account UNICEF's Guidance on AI and children (version 3.0, 2025), which recommends safety, privacy, transparency and children's best interests. This is guidance, not law, and UNICEF has not reviewed or endorsed MIND-IDIA. If we ever add AI features, we will update this notice first.
8. Version history and amendments
This version is the current and final policy. It replaces all earlier versions from its effective date.
