1. Operator and base of operations

MIND-IDIA is an online learning-games and puzzle service operated by ASM Professional Services from the Netherlands. KVK number: 42137630. VAT ID: NL005526019B33. Contact: support@mind-idia.com.

2. Worldwide access and applicable policies

The website can be reached from the Netherlands and other countries, subject to technical availability and any restrictions required by law. Our Terms of Use and published policies apply to MIND-IDIA wherever it is used, always subject to applicable mandatory law. Reading a policy or visiting the website does not by itself mean you consent to optional processing or accept paid terms.

Worldwide access does not mean subscriptions may lawfully be offered in every country, or that MIND-IDIA holds local licences or approvals there. No country blocking or country allowlist is currently in place. Some countries may need extra safeguards or restrictions before the service is offered there.

3. Applicable law and mandatory rights

Our agreement with you is governed by Dutch law, as far as that choice is allowed. This does not take away the mandatory protections of the country where you normally live — for example the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal, statutory guarantees, and local privacy and child-protection rules.

Nothing in this policy forces you to use Dutch courts only, stops you complaining to a regulator, or blocks access to a court available to you by law. Our responsibilities as operator are not passed on to parents or users. If this policy conflicts with another term, mandatory law and non-waivable rights take priority.

4. Educational and professional-skills disclaimer

MIND-IDIA offers supplementary brain games, puzzles, language and vocabulary challenges, and career and personal-development activities. It is not an accredited school, university or training provider, and it does not award recognised qualifications or continuing-professional-development (CPD/CPE) credits. It is not a substitute for compulsory schooling or a qualified teacher. We do not promise particular academic, language, cognitive or career results.

A disclaimer cannot by itself make the service eligible in a country or excuse us from licensing or compliance duties that apply to us.

5. Age groups, child profiles and supervision

• Under 18 (including Junior Thinkers 10–12 and Teen Thinkers 13–17): an adult parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over must create and manage the account, subscriptions and profiles. Each child profile needs recorded parental consent, a parent PIN, and a daily play-time limit of 15 minutes to 3 hours enforced by our servers. Use a nickname, not a child's full name, school or address.
• Lifelong Learners and professionals (18+): adults manage their own profile, progress and daily play-time limit.
• MIND-IDIA has no chatbot or open conversation feature and no messaging between children. See our AI Use notice.

An adult confirmation or consent email does not independently verify parental authority. Our Children's Privacy & Safety policy explains the current controls and their limits.

6. Health, cognitive and developmental disclaimer

Games, reaction timers, memory puzzles, scores, points and badges are educational and recreational aids only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and not clinically validated cognitive, language or psychological assessments. They must not be used to diagnose or treat conditions such as dementia, memory loss, ADHD, dyslexia or other learning, developmental or mental-health conditions. Scores reflect game performance only.

If you have concerns about memory, attention, learning or development, speak to a qualified healthcare professional. This does not exclude any liability or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Visiting, free trial and subscriptions

Anyone can read public pages, guides, media and pricing without an account; this never starts a subscription. Playing games and saving progress needs an account.

The 3-day free trial needs no payment card and never charges you automatically. Paid plans (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) show the price including VAT, the billing period and renewal terms before you pay. Cancellation, the statutory right of withdrawal and refunds follow our Terms of Use and mandatory law. See Pricing.

This policy describes the service and its intended contractual scope. It is not a legal certification, a list of approved countries, or evidence of completed regulatory approval. Country-specific legal review remains necessary where required.
